WELCOME to The Federation Guard Paintball Team website based out of San Antonio, Texas.  But we have members hailing from the Houston, Seguin, and Austin area.  Our humble beginning to the team that we are now, officially began on March 16, 2008.  We were once part of another team but quickly established ourselves as a force not to be taken lightly and to be reckoned with by practicing hard and playing hard.  We are mainly a component of members that exist mainly in part of the tactical paintball, scenarios, the enjoyment of friendship and fun. One of our main goals is to become one of the best, if not the best, scenario paintball team around and help shape the paintball community. 

     We are a unique unit of hard hitting light infantry paintball team tasked to conduct special military tactic operations in support of its objectives.   These operations require highly trained, well-disciplined units capable of deployment in any environment, either alone or in concert with other paintball forces.  The term Federation Guard is a melting of many sci-fi genres, Star Trek, Star Wars and paintball fans highly dedicated to the ideals of tactics, honesty, and loyalty, committed in the pursuit of tactical objectives.   The unit operations are conducted by highly trained, equipped, and organized forces against strategic or tactical targets in pursuit of conventional operations or may be performed independently when conventional forces cannot be used.  Within this structure the members are led by a member of the Guard regiments a chain of command.  A Guard unit may be a specially organized task force for a specific mission.  We have current and honorary members of the Federation Guard Paintball Team that have actual military  experience and currently serving or have serve in the arm forces and police department.   But regardless of whether you have any background or not, WE WILL welcome whatever you can bring to the team to share,  for we know that not everyone is as experience as the other one.  Experience will come naturally as one progresses with the team playing the sport.   It is constant learning experience and process for everyone after all.   You just have to have the "I CAN DO" attitude and the message we ALWAYS emphasize with our members, "ALWAYS WORK AS A TEAM TOGETHER FOR IN THE FIELD OF BATTLE, NUMBERS AND TACTICS MAKES THE DIFFERENCE IN ACHIEVING ONES GOALS AND OBJECTIVES VERSUS FAILURE."  One thing is for sure, we here at The Federation Guard Paintball Team, will help each current and new members, to grow into the paintballers that they want to be.  And WE WILL all do it together.

     It is our sincere hope that we continue to gain quality members that believes in training hard, playing hard, but having fun at the same time.  For without our members, we would not exist to the team that we are now. But no matter how far we make it into the paintball world, we will never forget our humble beginning and WE will do it together. Each and everyone of the founding members of this team, have all been through thick and hard times together .   That everyone, is the real definition of  what a real team should be.  Not just focusing on tactics but the bond and friendship each and everyone establishes with one another.  With those qualities, you combine them all together, you will have a TEAM and a  FORCE to really be reckoned with, that plays with HONOR, INTEGRITY, and great SPORTSMANSHIP.
